What the ₹1,499 assessment (first stage) includes

- Hosting and access review: where the site is hosted and what access you have
- A written rescue plan for your case, with the steps, who has to act, and the likely timeline
- Guidance for the first step of moving the domain into a registrar account in your own name (you create and own the account)
- A written summary of who owns and controls what (domain, hosting, email, backups)
Extra work is quoted first
If your case needs more than the first stage, for example a site backup, migration to new hosting, or help with a registrar's ownership-proof process, we quote it in writing after the assessment. You decide before paying anything more, and any payment is made only through the digisoftwar.com checkout.
Recovery is not guaranteed
We cannot force a registrar, host or developer to release a domain, files or access. Some cases need the registrar's dispute or ownership-proof process, and some sites cannot be recovered. We do not promise that every site or domain can be recovered. This is not legal advice.

Delivery time

How do I check who owns my website domain?
Run a WHOIS lookup and check which registrar account holds the domain. If the registrant or the account is your developer's, you do not fully control it. Our assessment checks this for you and explains the options.
Can I transfer my domain if my developer will not respond?
Often yes, but it depends on the registrar and on who is listed as the registrant. The registrar's dispute or ownership-proof process may be needed. We explain the steps in your rescue plan.
What does the ₹1,499 cover?

What if my case needs more work?

Can every site be recovered?
No. Recovery of every site or domain is not guaranteed. Some cases depend on the registrar, the host or the person who holds the account, and some cannot be recovered.
Will my website go down during the rescue?
If the plan includes moving the site, we take a backup first and plan the DNS change to keep downtime short. Some short interruption can happen during DNS changes.
