Unzip the ZIP, keep files together, and open index.html in a current Chrome or Edge browser. No install, account, API or subscription. Runs locally; no upload, SMS sending or stored data.
Important limits
Standard GSM-7 160/153 and Unicode 70/67 segment limits are estimates. Provider encoding, national shift tables, transliteration and headers can change billed segments. Confirm with your provider. Example Rs0.25 rate is fictional, not a quote. This tool does not check DLT registration, consent, delivery, phone numbers or marketing rules. No income, savings or delivery guarantee.
Licence
Use and adapt for your own business or client work. Do not resell or redistribute the original files as a competing standalone product. No warranty of provider billing accuracy. Version 1.0, October 2026.
