WhatsApp Template Preparation & Submission is a done-for-you service for businesses on the official WhatsApp Business API. We write clear, transactional message templates, submit them in your own WhatsApp Business Account and send you a status report. Meta decides the category and approval of every template.

Businesses using the official WhatsApp API (2desh, the direct Cloud API or another provider) who need order, payment, delivery or appointment templates written and submitted properly, or whose templates were rejected or placed in the Marketing category.

What you need

• Access to your WhatsApp Business Account templates. You add us as a partner or user in your Meta Business account; we never ask for passwords.
• A list of the messages you want to send, with example values

Turnaround

24–48 hours of work after payment and once we receive your details. Writing and submission are done by hand; this is not instant. Meta's own review time is separate and outside our control.

Meta decides

Meta alone decides whether each template is approved and which category it is placed in (for example Utility or Marketing). We do not promise approval, a category, delivery or any other result. Who decides the template category and approval?
Meta alone decides whether a template is approved and which category it goes into. We prepare the wording carefully and submit it, and we report Meta's decision honestly. We do not promise approval or a category.

Why does Meta sometimes put an order or appointment template in Marketing?
Meta's review can treat wording, offers, upsells or buttons that look like a sales push as promotional, even in an order or appointment message. Keeping the message strictly about the transaction helps, but Meta makes the final call.

Does a Marketing category cost more?
Yes. In India, Meta charges marketing messages at a higher rate than utility messages, per Meta's current India rate card: https://whatsappbusiness.com/products/platform-pricing/

Which providers does this work with?
It works where you can give us access to your own WhatsApp Business Account templates, such as 2desh or the direct Cloud API. For other providers we confirm access with you before starting. We work inside your account, so the templates stay yours.
