FAQ
What if I start after 1 November?
Start on any date and simply begin from that day's box. The arc still ends on 29 January, or change the start date in the Excel Setup tab to run your own 90 days.
How many habits should I track?
3 to 5. Each has a 'minimum version' for bad days, and a day counts as kept when you hit the number you choose (3 by default).
Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets and choose File > Save as Google Sheets. It then works on your phone in the Google Sheets app.
Is it a physical product?
No. It is an instant digital download. Print on A4 at home or at a print shop, or write on it in any PDF app.
