How many students can it hold?
The sheet is ready for 300 students and 3,000 payment rows.
Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets and choose File > Save as Google Sheets. It then works on your phone in the Google Sheets app and can be shared with family.
Can I give parents a receipt?
Yes. Type a receipt number in the Receipt tab and it fills from the payment, ready to print or save as PDF. The PDF also has a 3-per-page receipt template.
Is it dated?
No. It works for any month and year you type in.
Is it a physical register?
No. It is an instant digital download. Print the PDF pages on A4 if you prefer paper.
