FAQ
How does the Secret Santa draw work?
Type everyone's names in the sheet. It links each person to the next one in a shuffled loop, so nobody gets their own name and everyone gives and gets one gift. Change the draw number for a new draw.
Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets and choose File > Save as Google Sheets. It then works on your phone in the Google Sheets app and can be shared with family.
Can I keep couples or teams apart?
Yes. Add a team or family name for each person. If two people from the same team are matched, the sheet tells you; change the draw number until all rows say OK.
How many people can play?
The games work for 6 to 60 people; split bigger groups into tables. The Secret Santa sheet takes up to 100 names.
Is it a physical product?
No. It is an instant digital download you can print on A4 at home or at a print shop.
