How many properties can I track?
The tracker is ready for 30 properties, 100 tenants and 2,000 rent rows.
Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets and choose File > Save as Google Sheets. It then works on your phone in the Google Sheets app and can be shared with family.
Can I give my tenant a rent receipt?
Yes. Type the receipt number in the Receipt tab and it fills from the rent ledger, ready to print or save as PDF. The PDF also has a 3-per-page receipt template.
Is this a rental agreement?
No. It is a tracker for your records. It does not replace a written agreement or legal advice.
Is it dated?
No. It works for any month and year you type in.
