Pet Care Binder & Sitter Guide

Printable A4 PDF + Excel tracker

Every vaccine, vet visit and feeding rule for your pet in one folder.

Pet records usually live in three places: the clinic's system, a photo on your phone, and your memory. This binder puts them on paper, so you can answer a vet's question, prove a vaccination date for boarding, or hand a friend everything they need without writing it out again.

What's included

  • 17-page printable A4 PDF: start-here guide, pet profile with a photo space, vaccination record with parasite prevention, vet visit log, medicine and treatment log, feeding plan, daily routine and grooming, weight record, two sitter sheets, emergency information, expense log, a keepsake page, blank grid, notes and a print guide
  • Excel tracker with eight tabs: pet profile, vaccines with a days-to-due column, vet visits, medicine, weight with the change since last time, expenses, a cost summary by category, and a reminders tab that sorts everything by next due date
  • The sitter sheets are the part people buy it for. They cover the hourly routine, the house rules, where everything is, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Who it's for

Dog, cat, bird and small-pet owners. Especially useful in homes where more than one person feeds, walks or medicates the animal, and for anyone who travels and leaves the pet with a sitter.

How to use it

  1. Fill the pet profile first. It takes five minutes and makes the folder recognisable.
  2. Copy the vaccination dates from the card while it is still in front of you, and note the next due date.
  3. Write the feeding and routine pages from what actually happens, not what you meant to do.
  4. Fill the sitter sheets once, then photocopy them for each trip and leave them on the kitchen counter.
  5. Photograph the profile, vaccination and emergency pages and keep them in a phone album called Pet.

File formats and sizes

  • Pet-Care-Binder-Sitter-Guide.pdf — 17 pages, A4, print-ready at 100% scale (314 KB). Also opens in any PDF writing app on a tablet.
  • Pet-Care-Tracker.xlsx — 8 tabs, opens in Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice and WPS (18 KB).
  • README.txt — print order and a short setup guide.

Please note. This binder keeps records. It does not diagnose anything, recommend a treatment, or replace a vet. Write down what your vet tells you, and call them with any question about your pet's health. Images on this page are illustrations.

Questions

Does it work for cats and small pets?
Yes. The pages say pet rather than dog, and the medicine, weight and expense tables work for any animal. Only the vaccine names differ, and those come from your vet.

Is it dated?
No. Every page is undated, so it works for any year and reprints cleanly.

How many sitter sheets should I print?
Two per trip is enough: one for the sitter and one spare. Print fresh ones each time, because the dates and medicine change.

Does the Excel file work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload it to Drive, open with Google Sheets and choose File > Save as Google Sheets.

Is this a physical binder?
No. It is a digital download. Print it and put it in any ring binder or clip folder.

Instant download after payment. Works on phone, tablet and desktop.
